- Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.

• Collaborate with the worldwide customer support management group on key strategic, operational, and monetary analyses to improve the quality of service and drive value performance enhancements across the global customer support network.
• Use data to guide strategic decision-making.
• Forecast customer support contact volume worldwide to support short‑term staffing decisions and long‑term strategic planning, as well as budgeting for the company’s financial planning and board meetings.
• Partner with the data technology & engineering team to develop tools that drive overall performance improvements and surface customer insights.

• Three or more years of experience in a very analytical environment, ideally in financial planning or an operations analytics rotational program.
• Enjoy tackling quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong track record of identifying key questions, defining, performing, and coordinating analyses, and communicating findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of framing key questions and the analyses needed to clarify complex issues.
• Self‑starter who works effectively autonomously while also contributing to goal‑driven teams.
• Ability to analyze quickly, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
• Extreme proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and reporting; SQL, Tableau, and Anaplan experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
