The Work- You will oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
- You will lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- You will develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- You will enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
- You will proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
- You will review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
- You will conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
- You will cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
- You will leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
