DENVER AREA SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Construction Background &

Experience with Complex Commercial Projects of $80

MIL plus Ground Up Projects Needed! This is a permanent full-time role on Denver Metro area projects.

The role of the Senior Superintendent is to oversee the actions and construction activities of sometimes multiple projects or a very complex project worksite valued at $80

MIL plus. They will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction on large scale commercial projects in the Metro area. The candidate will be responsible for all personnel on jobsites, activities of a construction projects ranging from start-up to punch-out. The Senior Superintendent will work in-collaboration with all staff and Site Managers to ensure projects/ deadlines are met.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Prefer Job experience on complex projects up to $80
  
  MIL plus

• BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
