Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Manager to join a general contractor on a newly awarded, confidential data center construction project in Cheyenne, WY. This fast-paced role offers a significant opportunity for career advancement, with interviews starting immediately. The EH&S Manager will play a critical role in ensuring site safety and regulatory compliance by working closely with project leadership, client representatives, subcontractors, and field teams to support safe and efficient project execution.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to EH&S activities
- 8+ years of EH&S experience in construction environments
- Strong working knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
- Experience working directly with project leadership and client representatives
- Bilingual capability is highly preferred
- Data center or mission‑critical project experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with steel erection and electrical work is highly preferred
The position is based on an active construction site in Cheyenne, WY, with open field conditions. An office trailer with a dedicated indoor workspace is provided. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with 10‑hour workdays and the possibility of working Saturdays based on project needs. Employment is on an hourly contract basis, with the potential for overtime and future long‑term opportunities for strong performers.
Equipment such as a laptop, iPad, and cell phone will be provided.
This is a Contract position based out of Cheyenne, WY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/hr.
