We're seeking an experienced Mechanical General Superintendent to lead field operations on large, complex commercial and industrial MEP projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field crews, subcontractors, project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity while partnering closely with project management to deliver successful projects.

• Lead and supervise field operations for mechanical and plumbing construction projects
• Manage project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and material/equipment needs
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate inspections, project milestones, and closeout activities
• Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and field performance
• Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a strong safety culture
• Collaborate with project management on scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and planning

• 15+ years of mechanical construction experience with progressive field leadership
• Extensive experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, labor planning, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management
• Proven ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple trades
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience preferred
