We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, equipment operation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, physically fit, and eager to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
  • Read and follow plans, instructions, or specifications.
  • Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and materials.
  • Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth using hand tools.
  • Measure and mark areas for construction work.
  • Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools.
  • Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
  • Operate pumps, compressors, or generators as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Building & Construction:
    Familiarity with materials, methods, and tools.
  • Mechanical:
    Understanding of machines and tools, including maintenance and repair.

    Awareness of safety procedures and hazard prevention.
