Construction Safety Professional – Data Center Project
We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety leader with experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction environments. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.

Cheyenne, Wyoming Pay: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Project-Based
- Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and field observations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety policies.
- Lead new hire safety orientations and daily toolbox talks.
- Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, inspections, and training records.
- Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and craft personnel to identify and eliminate hazards.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including crane operations, excavation, confined space, fall protection, hot work, and electrical safety.
- Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement.
- Participate in owner and contractor safety meetings.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
- Previous experience on data center, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and construction safety best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk active construction sites daily.
- CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician)
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional)
- OSHA 500/510
- EM 385-1-1 experience is a plus
