The CEC Companies safety coordinator will implement safety programs across field sites, conduct audits, and develop action plans to address hazards. You will coach crews, maintain ORM boards daily, and lead incident investigations to improve safety culture.
This role requires OSHA 30, 1–3 years in construction safety, strong communication, and ability to travel to project sites. Bi-lingual candidates are a plus; expect demanding physical work in varied environments.
