Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety
Job Title
Job responsibilities include supporting and collaborating with the Project Manager on all aspects of project, managing project demobilization and closeout, assisting in GH Phipps' risk management program, and more.
EducationBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field experience.
Experience7+ years of commercial construction experience required.
Technical SkillsProficient in construction project management software, PROCORE preferred, document markup, Bluebeam preferred, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Scheduling software, ASTA preferred.
Certifications and Licensure RequirementsOSHA 30 Certification is required, CPR/First Aid Certified, Advanced Stormwater Management Supervisor Certificate, Scaffolding Competent Person, and properly trained in Fall Protection, Excavation, Precast & Steel Erection, Confined space.
Employment RequirementsVerifiable work references, successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens, all positions at GH Phipps are considered safety sensitive. Position may be required to visit a construction site at any time, in person, regular attendance required.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $102,000 – 130,000 annually and is dependent on experience and title/rank of position offered. Employer-paid benefits include Group Term Life and Additional Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) – Colorado residents, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program. Elective benefits include Health insurance with Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options, Vision – VSP, Dental – Equitable, Supplemental Benefits:
Hospital Care, Critical Illness, Accidental Injury, Group Term Life Insurance, and 401K – automatic paycheck deductions as designated by employees.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, participation in our employee stock ownership program (ESOP) on your first day of hire, and eligibility in our annual bonus program. Annual ESOP contributions and bonuses are dependent on company performance and are not guaranteed from year to year. Both ESOP and bonuses are calculated on one's eligible compensation for the year.
Employees get seven paid holidays (designated) and one paid floating holiday. PTO may be used for vacation, sick time, or other personal matters and is based on years of employment and years of experience.
