Simon is seeking a heavy equipment operator to safely operate a variety of construction machines on our Wyoming projects. You will perform routine inspections, assist with maintenance, and support crews to ensure safe, efficient completion of tasks at the jobsite.
You will work closely with foremen and skilled workers, adhere to safety policies, and contribute to a strong safety culture while maintaining high productivity in varying weather and site conditions.
