Monitor and supervise the daily workload of the Samples Department to meet demands across Photography and Copywriting and unpublished inventory;
Lead a team and manage Production and Non-Production hours;
Implement and manage the Samples workflow to support Time to Market (TM) from purchase order entry to website publication;
Verify products on the website have images, Color Chips, and Color Family data via reports;
Collaborate with Photography, Postproduction, Copy, QA, and Buyer Assistants to ensure timely sample processing and issue resolution
