Job Description
Responsible for the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside.
On the Job TrainingCustomer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice.
Customer Service SkillsAbility to comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co‑workers over the phone and in person.
