Adjunct Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor

The Adjunct Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor is a part-time, non-benefited position responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and hands-on instruction to apprentices enrolled in Laramie County Community College's Registered Electrical Apprenticeship Program. Utilizing NCCER curriculum, the instructor prepares apprentices with the technical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers in the electrical industry while supporting their progression toward journeyman status. The instructor combines extensive industry experience with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of electrical professionals.

Instruction may include topics such as electrical theory, wiring methods, conduit installation, blueprint reading, motor controls, the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical safety, and other trade-specific competencies. The instructor is expected to create a positive, engaging learning environment that promotes professionalism, safety, critical thinking, and the application of industry best practices.

Compensation: $40.00/hour. Position is open until filled. Starting Date:

Essential Functions:

This position is non-exempt and is eligible for compensatory or overtime pay provisions of the FLSA.
