• Coordinate daily project activities with project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Review drawings, manage RFIs, and support submittals, procurement, and quality control
• Lead project setup, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, buyout, and material and equipment procurement
• Track labor productivity, cost performance, and overall project financial health
• Manage billing, change orders, and contract administration
• Ensure permits, approvals, and compliance requirements are met
• Provide technical support to field operations and help resolve issues in real time

• You influence how major mechanical systems are designed and built
• Your work has a direct impact on schedule, budget, and project success
• You collaborate with experienced builders and technical experts
• You see your work progress from concept to installation to completion

• Strong independent decision making and problem solving skills
• Experience leading technical or construction project activities (typically 10 plus years)
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
