Our established winery brings 43 years of winemaking tradition from Italy to Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. We’re a growing operation with expansion plans on the horizon, offering an opportunity to grow with our business.

We’re seeking a versatile Winery/warehouse Assistant who can excel in production operations. This role is physically demanding and requires someone who can seamlessly transition between tasks. You will be supporting the winemaker and owner. The job involves lots of cleaning/organizing and physical stamina but also includes small/multiple details to get the job done.

• Assist with wine production processes including operating pumps, filtration equipment, and handling 60‑gallon drums.
• Prepare the tasting room for guests (meticulous glassware preparation, food pairing arrangements, setting up tasting areas)
• Support the winemaker during tastings as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout production and tasting areas
• Identify and complete necessary tasks with minimal supervision
• Must have good recall and attention to detail.
• Ensure all work is carried through to completion

• Part‑time position (15‑30 hours per week)
• The production part of the job has flexible hours that can accommodate the candidate having a 2nd job or school obligations
• Additional hours available based on demonstrated customer service abilities and computer proficiency

• Physical strength and stamina to handle production equipment ...heavy lifting (case lots of wine) and drum handling
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent memory
• Good listening/comprehension and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with ability to identify and complete tasks independently
• Willingness to learn our POS and CRM system
• Previous customer service experience highly valued
• Must present with good clean work attire

Cheyenne, Wyoming (No remote options available)

• Starting wage: $15/hour during initial training period
• Increase to $17/hour upon demonstrated proficiency in core responsibilities
• Further increases in wage is available for candidates who excel with our technical systems and software applications (Microsoft Suite, Adobe, POS/CRM systems, and implementation of AI tools)
• Compensation reflects skill level, particularly for those with advanced abilities in leveraging technology to improve our operations
