This role is truly part‑time, with most shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days per week—designed to fit your life.

• We’ll confirm your availability and shift days and times early in the interview process. You’ll always be informed about any schedule changes in advance.
• Our patients depend on the plasma we collect, so your reliability during your scheduled hours is greatly valued. The part‑time roles are designed with flexibility on both sides.

• Answer phones, greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00.
