Operations Coordinator

Cheyenne, WY

• Work schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support and address customer concerns related to orders and product inquiries.
• Process and research customer orders using SAP computer system.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Administration, Sales Representatives and branches to resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide product knowledge and sales skills to effectively serve customers.
• Bill customers and manage inventory; file FAA paperwork and ensure FDA compliance at the plant.
• Assist with stocking and ordering of plant supplies.
• Arrange delivery of cylinders and hard goods.
• Maintain open communication regarding daily needs and issue resolution.

• Proficient computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of order entry systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to routinely lift 25–50 lbs. (occasionally 51–80 lbs.) and frequently bend.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization; no visa sponsorship required.
• Forklift operation ability and certification.
• Availability to work overtime when necessary.

• Experience in welding equipment setup and promotion.
• Experience handling compressed gases.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Prior forklift experience.
