THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM MANAGER (AIR COMMANDER NAVIGATOR), Position Description Number PDD
0338P01 and is part of the WY 153d Airlift Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard. This is a Title 32 Dual Status Technician Excepted Service position. Military affiliation is required.

• Area 2:
  All permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air National Guard (ANG) T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming Air National Guard.
• Area 4:
  All current military members of the Wyoming Air National Guard.
• Area 6:
  Current military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other states' Air National Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Air National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

• Must possess experience, education, or training in managing or directing, one or more programs, including appropriate supporting service organizations.
• Supervisory, managerial, professional, or technical work experience and/or training which has provided knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques.
• Experience using computer and automation systems.

• Must possess at least one year equivalent to at least next lower grade level.
• Specialized experience includes analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; evaluating objectives and developing plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources.
• Must have knowledge of the United States Air Force or Air National Guard missions and utilized the organizational staff procedures.
• Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions.
• and Must possess experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; and experience leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.

  Minimum Requirements and Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement.

• Officer: 91W0 Wing Commander (Must possess or able to obtain) Must possess and able to maintain an Aircrew Position Indicator of "6" and be a rated officer per AFI 51-509, Para 10, Appointment to and Assumption of Command, to command, navigate, operate, or directly control aircraft and aviation weapon systems.
• Must have prior Command experience at the squadron, group, or vice wing levels.
• Persons serving in, or qualified to serve I, 91W0-coded UMD positions, must be delegated in writing, to administer actions under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Must possess a valid state's driver's license.
