Travel Physical Therapist

We’re seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role provides the opportunity to support patients in regaining strength, mobility, and independence while working in a collaborative rehab environment.

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)

Active Physical Therapist License (Wyoming)

Current BLS certification

New graduates are welcome to apply

SNF experience preferred

Negative Covid test required within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours prior to start date

Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and improve function

Document care, progress, and outcomes per facility and professional standards

Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and exercises

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality care

13-week contract with potential extension
