As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for evaluating and assisting patients with mobility issues, developing treatment plans, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Your typical day will involve one-on-one patient therapy, interdisciplinary meetings, and collaboration with a support-driven team.
