With a saturated patient market and unmet demand, you'll step into an immediate, full caseload - with the resources and backing of a supportive organization.

• Lead the growth and daily operations of the practice
• Provide comprehensive nephrology care (clinic, dialysis, hospital)
• Build relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners
• Mentor and support team members as the practice expands
• Stay engaged in the community and help shape local kidney care delivery
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while driving practice success

• MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Nephrology
• Leadership mindset and interest in practice development
• 5-7+ years of nephrology experience preferred (all candidates welcome)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
