Overview
Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, BCBA) needed to join a staff of nearly 200 and a clinical team of more than 110 specialists at an inclusive, private, nonprofit clinic that provides high-quality services affordable for anyone in the community by accepting most insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid while also offering a sliding fee scale based on financial status.
This is a salaried, full-time outpatient clinic position.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, marital, family, group and rehabilitative services as appropriate to client needs
- Conduct intake assessments
- Complete required documentation and develop initial Treatment Plans
- Make appropriate referrals as needed during course of treatment
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other community providers
- Coordinate with other staff and community providers in providing joint treatment as reflected in the treatment plan
- Prepare needed reports of treatment as requested
- Maintain case records to reflect course of treatment and provide required documentation
- Provide follow-up and aftercare planning services as needed
- Expeditiously discharge inactive clients
- Provide emergency services during work hours and after hours as assigned
- Provide program and case consultation and education services internally, and to other community groups and individuals
- Participate in agency program development activities
- Provide liaison service for local, regional and state hospitals to ensure continuity of care for Center clients
- Licensed clinician with one or more of the following credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, BCBA
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in an outpatient setting
- Experience coordinating with community providers and writing documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, clients, and external partners
