Medical Front Desk

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Associate to join a professional healthcare team. Pay: $18.00/hr.

• Warmly greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones
  , schedule, and confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
• Collect insurance information and patient payments
• Make appointment reminder calls
• Support audiologists and clinical staff as needed
• Assist with light sales conversations and paperwork
• Keep the front office organized and efficient
• Handle filing, mail, and general office upkeep
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Restock supplies and help maintain a clean workspace

• Previous experience in a medical office
  required
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
