Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess clients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
- Design and implement occupational therapy programs to improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals and ensure continuity of care
- Provide education and training to clients and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
- Document client progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations
