Manager, HEDIS Operations

Overview

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming (BCBSWY) is a not-for-profit health insurer with offices throughout Wyoming. The organization focuses on integrity, compassion, and trust in delivering local health insurance solutions. This role is for the Manager, HEDIS Operations.

• Drive strategic direction and execution of HEDIS improvement projects.
• Collaborate with intra-agency teams, vendors, and executive leadership to build and administer a comprehensive quality program aimed at improving member care.
• Research and propose new solutions; assist in implementing new strategies.
• Lead research, analysis, and evaluation of data to identify trends and develop programs to address care gaps.
• Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Five (5) years of progressive experience with demonstrated technical knowledge.
• Two (2) years of supervisor or lead experience in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.
