Position Overview:The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in supporting daily hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and driving team performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in overseeing all hotel operations and departments
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Support, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, and daily reporting
- Step in as Manager on Duty as needed
- Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
