Compensation
Hourly base pay range: $14 to $16 per hour plus tips.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday.

SUMMARYThe Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Associate handles parking and vehicle retrieval, assists guests with luggage, and ensures a safe and prompt experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Accept guests within five feet, greet them politely, and use salutation of the day.
- Practice proper telephone etiquette for Towne Park.
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
- Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, vehicle and hotel door access.
- Provide directions, taxi, reservation, or other inquiries and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.
- Shuttle guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival, issue claim checks, and collect them upon vehicle return.
- Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt.
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- At least one month of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, simple correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to present information in one‑to‑one and small group settings.
- Manual transmission operation and parallel parking highly desirable.
Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established procedures and receives specific directions. Decisions are made within departmental guidelines.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsThe role requires frequent sitting or standing, walking, and handling objects up to 100 lbs. Work is primarily outdoors in varying weather. Travel up to 5% may be required.
