- Experience leading multiple hotel departments simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations in accordance with ARK Hospitality's vision, mission, and core values.

- Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Operations & Leadership
- Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, Guest Services, and overall property performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Create a positive, service‑focused culture centered on accountability and hospitality.
- Meet daily with department leaders and team members to review priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the hotel and actively engage with guests and employees.
- Conduct team meetings, performance discussions, coaching sessions, and development planning.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure all departments are operating efficiently while maintaining brand and company standards.
- Financial Management
- Manage hotel budgets, forecasting, payroll, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Maximize hotel revenue and profitability opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including:

- ADR
- RevPAR

- Review financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Manage purchasing controls, expense management, and inventory oversight.

- Deliver exceptional guest service standards across all departments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery situations.
- Monitor online reviews, guest satisfaction scores, and reputation‑management platforms.
- Create an environment that encourages repeat business and long‑term guest loyalty.
- Ensure extended‑stay guests receive consistent support throughout their stay.
- Property Maintenance & Quality Assurance
