We believe great member experiences start behind the scenes, and we’re looking for our next Chief People & Culture Officer to lead the heart of our culture. As a key member of the Executive Team, the CPCO ensures that talent, culture, performance, and organizational development strategies align with Meridian Trust’s mission, values, long term strategic plan, and commitment to service excellence.
This role oversees all aspects of Human Resources—including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational culture, and workforce planning—while driving a modern, people first approach that strengthens engagement, retention, and leadership capability across the credit union.

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years at a senior or executive level.
- Experience in the financial services or credit union industry
- Master's degree in HR or related field
- HR certifications (SHRM SCP, SPHR)
