Data Science Manager, Data Analyst
Join one of Wyoming’s most innovative nonprofits as our Data Analyst & Systems Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for tasks associated with program outcome tracking and statistical reporting, and will play a key role in bridging data management with program and fundraising workflows while identifying trends that support organizational strategy. Processes include ensuring accurate tracking of program and fundraising data in Salesforce, grant reporting, and providing essential context through data to meet the needs of the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, collaborative, strategic, and skilled in both technical processes and proactive problem-solving.

- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience managing databases (eg, Salesforce)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- This position will report to the Assistant Director of Systems
- Full-time, 40-hour per week position with a competitive salary, plus benefits
- This position is ideally based in Cheyenne, but we are open to candidates from other areas
