You will evaluate and prioritize change requests, conduct assessments, and ensure approvals while collaborating with various stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in ITIL-based IT service management, strong analytical and communication skills, and must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
