* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Define, own, and execute product vision and priorities aligned to client and organizational goals

+ Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and delivery outcomes

+ Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and Agile team, ensuring transparency and alignment

+ Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement

+ Review and approve deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements

+ Ensure all learning products are  
** Section 508 compliant*
* + Collaborate across Learning Designers, Learning Consultants, Production Managers, and Document Quality Analysts

+ Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

+ Leverage data, feedback, and metrics to drive continuous improvement

+ Mentor and support junior Product Owners and team members

+ Promote consistency in Agile practices and team execution

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)

+  
** 5-8 years of relevant experience
** in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, business analysis, or learning development

+ Strong experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities in complex environments

+ Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops)

+ Experience in learning development, healthcare systems, or EHR training preferred

+ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent preferred

+ Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

+ Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications

+ Ability to travel to customer sites, if required (up to 25%)

+ Ability to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
