Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
ResourceMFG is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for a leading logistics operation in Cheyenne, WY. This position supports daily warehouse and supply chain operations through order management, inventory control, shipment tracking, and customer support.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders through EDI and manual entry systems.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and analyze material deliveries.
- Conduct operational audits and identify process improvements.
- Review work orders, open tasks, and urgent requests.
- Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities and invoice tracking
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Complete training and support additional operational duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous logistics, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience required.
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with order processing, inventory management, or shipment tracking
