• Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 per year; hourly rate $20–$25 per hour based on experience.

At ACP and Verticomm, we assist clients by optimizing technology, enhancing productivity, reducing business risk, and maximizing ROI. Leveraging our expertise, we design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end solutions tailored to client needs.

• Respond to service calls at client locations for Konica Minolta office technology equipment.
• Diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs on copiers or printers.
• Inspect machines and perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Replace parts approaching expiration.
• Communicate repair status to the client.
• Order parts and schedule return visits if repair cannot be completed on site.
• Maintain accurate car stock and inventory count.
• Travel to client sites, wear uniform shirts, use provided laptop and smart‑phone allowance, and use company vehicle as required.
• Provide full training for new hires and encourage candidates from other industries or technical training programs.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Training through employment or a technical college in automotive repair, computer repair, aviation, or similar field; personal experience is also valuable.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving history; no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Clean‑cut appearance; no offensive tattoos (excessive tattoos may require covering).
• Must have parking to take a company vehicle home daily.
