Top Flight Maintenance is hiring a Snow Maintenance Equipment Operator to support winter operations and help keep client properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events. This seasonal role combines equipment operation with hands-on snow maintenance and requires dependable attendance when weather events occur.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation:
    Safely operate assigned snow equipment, including plow trucks, skid steers with snow attachments, Snowrators, and similar equipment.
  • Snow & Ice Maintenance:
    Manage snow and icy conditions on assigned commercial and residential properties, including plowing, shoveling, and applying ice melt as needed.
  • Route & Team Communication:
    Follow assigned routes and direction from team leads, communicate status or site concerns, and work effectively with the snow team.
  • Safety & Equipment Care:
    Use safe winter work practices, complete routine equipment checks, and promptly report damage or maintenance needs.
  • Weather-Driven Availability:
    Be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require service.
Requirements Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience operating plow trucks or other snow equipment preferred; prior snow plowing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during snow events.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the assigned reporting location or job site.
  • Ability to work outdoors in snow, ice, cold temperatures, and other difficult winter conditions.
  • Ability to perform manual snow work, including shoveling and carrying materials, when needed.
  • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Assigned properties are cleared safely and effectively according to the route and team direction.
  • The employee reports as scheduled and on time when snow events occur.
  • Equipment is operated responsibly and concerns or maintenance needs are reported promptly.
  • Walkways, driving areas, and other assigned areas are left safe and accessible.
  • Communication with team leads is timely and dependable throughout the event.
