Job Summary

Loenbro Industrial Services is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to provide day‑to‑day safety leadership on a major data center project in Cheyenne, WY. This management‑level role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, elevating safety performance across site operations, and maintaining a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong construction safety expertise with a focus on electrical systems and mission‑critical environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Enforce Loenbro’s safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals.
  • Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • Lead incident and near‑miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs.
  • Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts.
  • Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • CHST certification or a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction safety.
  • If CHST is not held, it must be obtained within the first 12 months.
  • Experience in electrical safety and data center construction (strongly preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
  • Ability to travel periodically as needed.

  • This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
