Total Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year (Total compensation including salary + bonus)

Primary Responsibilities

* Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats

* Trains and develops high performing team members and managers

* Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including excellent product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.

* Controls operational costs to include cost of goods sold and labor expense, and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.

* Fosters an environment to keep team members customers coming back!

Requirements

* Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance

* Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

* Previous restaurant experience preferred

* Open availability (Weekends, Holidays are required)
