The Manager, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) at Newell Brands is an individual contributor leadership role responsible for developing and deploying the DFM program within ERA. You will work with NPD, MDC, Operations and cross‑functional teams to embed manufacturability into decisions and drive gate readiness across programs.
You will lead DFM reviews, define KPI frameworks, and build SME networks to ensure cost, lead-time and supply chain risks are addressed early. Travel to sites is required.
