  • Support QA/QC of construction and retrofit projects
  • Oversee system modifications and upgrades, ensuring adherence to change management processes
  • Participate in commissioning, testing, and factory witness activities
Continuous Improvement & Strategy
  • Provide feedback on global electrical design standards and maintenance strategies
  • Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and energy efficiency
  • Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices across sites
  • Support long‑term planning for capacity, upgrades, and system evolution
  • Collaborate with global teams to standardize controls strategies and architectures across the fleet
Program & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Collaborate across operations, development, engineering, construction, and global teams
  • Act as a key interface with vendors, OEMs, contractors, and service providers
  • Manage vendor performance for electrical maintenance and project execution
  • Provide training and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams
