Location: Cheyenne, WY and Wellington, CO (onsite split)
Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading marketing promotions, campaigns, websites, and media communications that deliver strong ROI and organizational value.
- Successful background in project management, process improvement, and new product or service implementation.
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate results, and identify meaningful improvements in service, product development, member experience, or organizational culture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees, coach and develop team members, resolve challenges, and build a positive team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and moving pieces at once.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with project teams, staff, vendors, members, and cross‑functional partners across departments and branches.
- Experience actively coaching and developing a team while fostering strong business relationships and a passion for quality improvement.
- Understanding of website design and development, digital marketing best practices, and campaign performance analysis.
- You are a creative strategist who can turn big ideas into meaningful impact.
- You are a data-informed decision maker who uses insights to guide strategy and measure success.
- You are a collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across teams, leadership, vendors, and the community.
