Our Marketing Experience Specialist executes and coordinates day-to-day marketing across email, social media, campaigns, reporting, web experiences, and marketing technology. This hands-on, collaborative role emphasizes organization, follow-through, quality, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, the position partners across teams and departments to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication, ensuring marketing work is accurate, timely, and effective in driving member engagement and supporting Blue’s growth objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities- Email and Social Media Execution Own the day-to-day execution of member email and organic social media. Coordinate content and creative inputs, build and manage audience lists, and handle scheduling, proofing, testing, and deployment across channels. Maintain the campaign calendar and monitor engagement. Accountable for accuracy, on-time delivery, and brand consistency across all sends and posts.
- Campaign and Project Coordination Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product promotions, community events, and launches from intake through post-launch follow-up. Manage timelines, assignments, creative requests, approvals, and budget tracking. Serve as a day-to-day contact for requesting departments, business partners, and external vendors, clarifying requirements up front and keeping stakeholders current on status and risks.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis Produce and maintain recurring performance reporting across email, social, campaigns, and landing pages. Track engagement, conversion, retention, channel performance, and other relevant campaign and business outcomes, giving marketing and leadership clear visibility into results. Identify trends and recommend specific changes to improve future campaigns and digital experiences
- Web and Landing Page Support Build and update campaign landing pages and website content in partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead. Support content governance and quality assurance on marketing pages. Review page behavior to identify friction points and recommend improvements that make digital experiences clearer and more effective.
- Marketing Technology Manage audience segments, templates, and automation workflows within the marketing technology and data platforms. Support platform setup, data hygiene, and troubleshooting, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and tool adoption across the team
- Compliance Comply with all company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Experience
Three to five years of hands-on marketing experience, including campaign execution, email campaign management, and organic social media execution. Requires proficiency with marketing automation, reporting, and social media tools, plus knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals such as audience segmentation and engagement metrics. Experience with landing page or website updates, content creation tools, project management, and financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
