We are currently hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care and support our clinical team. In this role, you will work closely with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on care, building relationships with residents, and being part of a team that prioritizes quality outcomes.
Key Duties- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Assist with care coordination and daily clinical operations
- Support and guide nursing assistants in providing resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Document care and observations accurately in the EMR system
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Respond appropriately to urgent resident needs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wyoming, in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

- Ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment
