The Role
Every day, you will help donors by screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger‑stick results, and performing phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on ensuring donor and team safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders, and reach below knees.
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasionally lift materials up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Maintain prolonged glove wear for 90% of tasks due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑ or patient‑facing role is helpful.

LocationUSA - WY - Cheyenne
U.S. Starting Hourly Wage$16.00 per hour. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
