Role
An experienced Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse responsible for providing patient care in a Level II Trauma & Teaching Facility.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role involves working during 3x12 hour night shifts, adhering to clinical protocols, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills- Current RN licensure
- Certification in BLS and ACLS
- Experience in stepdown or similar units preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Provide bedside care, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Offer compassionate support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
