We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality patient care in a multidisciplinary environment. The role involves
monitoring and reporting patient condition changes
assigning duties, instructing, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications Include- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)

- deliver competent nursing care, and
- provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
