Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections

• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
