We are looking for a Bicycle Assembly Technician to work on‑site at local retail stores such as Walmart and Kroger, assembling merchandise and displays. Tasks include assembling bicycles, toys, barbecues, and furniture.

Available work is seasonal and can fluctuate throughout the year, with increased demand in spring, summer, and the holiday season. Flexible scheduling is offered, ideal for both part‑time and full‑time workers.

After training, pay transitions to a piece‑rate system, typically ranging from $17 to $25 per hour for new technicians, with experienced techs earning upwards of $30 per hour depending on productivity. Pay will never fall below the local minimum wage.

• Assemble and repair products and merchandise using manufacturer instructions and adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively with the Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave clients with a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities are outlined in the employee handbook.

Success in this role requires hands‑on mechanical work, physical activity throughout the day, and the ability to work independently. Productivity directly influences earnings.

Prolonged standing, sustained physical activity, repetitive hand and arm motions, or maintaining a steady pace may be strenuous. This role is unlikely to be a good fit under those circumstances.
