AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Keep product moving and manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising in an effective and timely manner.
• Operate the Stockroom as your home base, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct them.
• Support team members by completing non‑stock‑related tasks or assisting guests as required.
• Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and Sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

• You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excel in priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
• You have previous experience in a stock‑related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
