Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the company’s products and services.;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.;
Maintain safety of facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities and deadlines, communicate progress, and address opportunities for improvement..
