About the RoleLead the division’s revenue, market share, and profit growth for a regional territory for Elevate and Genflex. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives to foster a strong sales force of independent representation or Territory Sales Managers. Work closely with senior sales leadership and other key personnel to reach annual revenue, square‑foot, and contribution margin goals. Provide sales call assistance, draft and implement business development plans, and ensure sales representatives receive necessary resources, training, and support.
Participate in large job closures and the conversion of large customers to Elevate and/or Genflex. Use Salesforce to track projects and provide forecasting information.
- Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories.
- Understand Elevate’s strategic direction and execute regional activities consistent with this strategy.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to identify channel influencers and decision makers.
- Formulate a Regional Sales Plan that incorporates short‑ and long‑term goals for each target market and key customer.
- Create accurate forecasts and provide meaningful insights on customer and market performance, fully utilizing Salesforce.
- Manage Sales Reps within market, driving compliance and desired performance across all product categories.
- Monitor and communicate business trends, distribution patterns, and competitive practices to senior leadership.
- Foster an environment of accountability, embrace change, and lead by example.
- Participate in sales meetings, customer events, trade shows, and group exhibitor meetings as required.
- Actively participate in the closure of large projects/jobs and convert strategic customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
- At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
- A motivated self‑starter with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
